One of the key ways we track the performance of our current and future service markets is through our research department. Each quarter, Transwestern Austin distributes market reports to clients, which identify the issues most affecting area lease and occupancy rates, employment trends, construction starts, etc. That information is provided in order to better inform and advise our clients and to implement our “big picture” strategy for a prudent and well-planned growth throughout the Austin area.
